Quick repair here, we used 5mm sticky back latex flashing. Then replaced gutters and the skylight in the eves

Nice bit of block pathing done, custom needed more room so I removed and stacked the old blocks for recycling, replaced the drive with more fall for water run off, then widened it for better access. Also added a raised planter with fresh turf around the outside.

 Adding a little bit of storage area to a loft l, here I joisted out the floor, insulated and finished with OSB floorboards customer asked for minimal floorboards to be used as it was only for storage

So what has been done here is a new Indian stone flagged patio with aco drains running in both directions along with a stone gravel strip next to the house. Also the old dashing was removed and replaced with render and then painted, then I jet washed the top stones and fit the trellis the adjoining wall to next door also had wall top stones on.
