It’s been a busy 8 days doing the internals of this 2 bedroom house🔥🔨
First we insulated the kit panels then on with a vapour control layer followed by 15 mm gypsum sheets we used moisture boards in the bathrooms and kitchen areas we also fitted a double winder staircase in the roughing stage of this one as well.
We have another one to do this week but on the opposite hand nice job to do looking forward to the next one we also had D Caldwell Joinery on board with this one 🔨👍🏼

Out with the old in with the new. 😁
We supplied and fitted a like for like new UPVC front door for a client in Ashgill yesterday the original door mechanism failed leaving them unable to secure their property we spent a day trying to find a mechanisim that suited their door but unfortunately the original manufacturer is no longer in business and we were unsuccessful in finding another to suit we gave them a cost for a new door to be fitted and here we are 👍🏼.

Recently completed kitchen in Larkahll!
We ripped out the old kitchen and remodelled it completely with high gloss clerkenwell kitchen from Howdens we also redone the utility room with 2 larder units one boxing in the boiler and one for storage with an area for washing machine and tumble dryer we also laid 38 square meter of oak LVT herringbone which looks incredible and makes this extension such a cosy room for cooking and relaxing after a long day 👍🏼🔥

Recent renovations completed at our job in wishaw this comprised of building a new floor level in the garage to bring it to the same level as the house we created a new structural opening from the house to the garage to create a new utility room to make space for a new and open plan kitchen area.
We also removed the existing back window to the kitchen and fitted new French doors allowing our customers better access to the garden with a new decking space we are awaiting the glass to finish off the new balustrade😮‍💨.
We reused the original kitchen in the new utility room and some in the garage to give even more room we also fitted this stunning reed green kitchen from Howdens 😁 we supplied all trades on this job including tiling plastering rough casting bricklayers electrical plumbing and the joinery👌🏻 we are very happy with the end results of this job as are our customers👍🏼.

Loft ladder supplied and fitted in coalburn this morning this consisted of removing original hatch widening the opening and fitting the new one.
This had created a much easier way of accessing the customers loft they now don’t need to get a small ladder from their shed to get there belongings 🔨👍🏼.

Another recently completed job in Strathaven fitted wardrobes finished with shaker style doors and to large mirrors fitted to the Center doors 👍🏼
We maximised the space in this room to its full potential with 3.5 meters to the ceiling the two centre rails between the doors at the top it’s removable to create a large loading bay for suitcases and other large items as our client doesn’t have a loft space 👍🏼👌🏻🔨

Another kitchen refit this time in coalburn for Kirsty and John. 😁
We fitted a Howdens dove grey clerkenwell kitchen along with cement grey 15mm veneered plybacked wet wall and white on white ceiling panels.
This gives our customer a kitchen with no maintenance whatsoever no more painting to be done 😁
We also fitted 8 new doors to this property and a new Consumer unit to bring our clients into compliance with the new regulations.
Big thanks to our subcontractors Ross and Paul for the electrical and plumbing work. 🔸🔨
