A few pictures of a project not long finished in larne.... finished to the absolutely highest standard. These clients had a real good eye for decor... an awkward build this one with bad access and large drop to rear garden.. this man-cave nestles into the garden beautifully..

With a rooftop patio to relax in the hottub making the best use of this space.. 1st class. Set off lovely with the stone effect cladding and glass balustrades. Onto the next one team looneyandmcalister..

Here's a few snaps of a project recently finished... existing traditional cut roof taken off and a new bespoke barrel roof fitted, cladded in beautiful zinc with walls to match...
A real modern twist to this farmhouse. This customer knew exactly the look he was looking for and I think you'll agree it looks absolutely class... finished to a real high standard.. and more importantly more happy customers and a cracking project to add to out portfolio..

What a way to make best use of a little space... Kelly had a small dark un used back yard...
We transformed it into this fantastic open space flooded with natural light from the roof window..... Plenty of hidden steel work here too.
Making this a cracking living/dining room.. From a dark back yard to a spacious bright beautiful place to gather friends and family for entertaining or just normal family life...

A few pictures of before and after.
A lovely garage with upstairs with a bedroom and ensuite... Once stood and old dated garage,we Demolished it and replaced it with this absolute cracker... finished in krend.. finished to highest standard, this customer knew exactly what she wanted and it shows with the great taste in decor.. More happy customers,and another lovely extension to add to our ever growing portfolio... All work finished on time and on budget.. and in the words of our client team Looney & McAlister Ltd the dream team!!!!!

Some space this one turned into... as usual overkill on the steel work design, cheers engineers..the work that went into this one was 2nd to none.. but the outcome was well worth it.. great big open space to enjoy looking them big picture windows.. this is another one to add to our portfolio..and again the customers are over the moon with the outcome.. enjoy Ian and Patricia was a joy working with yous and your family..
