☀️it’s official, the suns out at the Launceston show, even the solar fountains are awake! 💦

🙌🏻We’re up and running with live displays of cable ploughing, chain trenching and thrust moling. 🌤️

Currently looking at displays at 1100 and again at 1600 but we’ll be happy to talk through all of systems on display.

We also have our 500mm tree shear, screening bucket and stone burrier.

We’re also on our usual stand for teas, coffees, soft drinks and nibbles.

☀️With the long spell of hot weather we experiencing an extremely high demand for potable water deliveries and private water breakdowns/ loss of water. 🌤️

There’s not a lot that can be done to substitute for steady rainfall but there are a few simple things that can be done to preserve supplies:

1. Turn off your taps; with water in short supply it’s more important to protect the source. Try not to run taps while brushing teeth and avoid watering gardens where possible… the grass will return.

2. Check for leaks; with the ground being so dry there’s no better time to investigate water loss. Area lush areas of vegetation or wet spots are a good indicators when the surrounding area is parched.

3. Storage or well water: Steady use is better large draw down on bore hole or well sources. Draining the well below static levels will close your aquifer to air resulting in oxidation and possible sealing of the incoming flow. To avoid this it’s recommended to have short periods of pumping to storage systems over regular intervals in a 24hr period rather than surge use in mornings and evenings.

If your supply should succumb, even with all your best efforts please feel free to contact us to provide temporary supplies or breakdown cover.

Please do be patient and understand that many are struggling. Our teams are extremely busy and will prioritize livestock and food producers to preserve life and maintain continuity of production where systems fail.

🚨CANCELLED!!🚨
Royal Cornwall show 2026, Day 3 is off.

Due to heavy rain and persistent rain the decision has been made (after most exhibitors had arrived and setup for the day) to cancel the show.

We’re incredible disappointed but safety must be the priority.

For those hoping to see us, we’ll be at launceston show on the Launceston show on the 30th of July.

Summers on its way and the pipe laying is coming in thick and fast.

Our mini utility trencher making light work of some tough ground near liskard, outputting around 100m per hour in broken shale.

This project will include 750m of open trench, trenchless crossing below footpaths and hedgerows, base construction and siting of a 3000ltr insulated tank with AB air gap and a new main water connection.
