(Hydraulic / Mechanical & Fabrication)
• Oversee daily workshop operations and workflows.
• Lead and mentor a technical team.
• Manage hydraulic, mechanical, and fabrication projects.
• Schedule maintenance, repairs, and production tasks.
• Enforce strict health and safety standards.
• Maintain strict quality control on outputs.
• Optimise workshop efficiency and resource use.
• Troubleshoot complex technical engineering issues.
• Manage workshop inventory and equipment maintenance.
Job Description: Mechanical Technician
(Hydraulic / Mechanical)
• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on varied oil and gas equipment.
• Execute precision fitting, assembly, and testing of machinery components.
• Conduct crucial on-site asset servicing.
• Travel internationally to support global field service deployment needs.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical breakdowns under tight operational deadlines.
• Verify compliance with strict industry safety and quality standards.
• Interpret technical engineering drawings, manuals, and hydraulic schematics.
• Maintain valid, mandatory industry certifications for site deployment.
