Here are some photos of a new rooflight we’ve just supplied and fitted for one of our returning clients. We noticed the old rooflight was in a really poor state whilst we were repointing the back of the house.

Here’s another completed project we’ve just finished for a lovely client of ours in Warwick. The works involved opening up and making a larger window opening, fitting a new window and French doors, electrics, plumbing, plastering, fitting new internal doors and pocket doors, kitchen fit and decoration. It’s made such a difference to the house, and having another satisfied customer makes the effort worth while.

Here are some great before and after photos of a project we finished last week in Southam. We worked with a first time property developer on this one with the initial end game to be either to sell the property or rent it. All of the decisions we made collectively were worked around both of those scenarios. The works we completed on this project included; initial rip out, damp proofing works, electrical rewire, complete plastering to walls and ceilings, new boiler and heating system, kitchen fit, bathroom fit, downstairs WC fit, internal steelwork to create a kitchen diner, new double glazed windows, internal and external decoration, all floor finishes including latex and liquid damp proof membrane, supplying and fitting wall and loft insulation, wall tiling/panelling, structural works to stabilise the property, all internal carpentry including new doors and skirting boards, re-roofing the existing extension, removal and replacement of the asbestos roof on the outbuildings. We are over the moon with the end result and quality of the finished results and think the works completed have totally transformed this 1890’s 3 bedroom cottage; turning it from a G energy rating property to a C rated one has made a huge difference. Working on a property of this age gave us many issues to overcome but with the help of our great clients they were all resolved. This property will be going on the market for sale very soon. Here are some before and after photos of a recent project we have recently completed in Birdingbury. The job was to replace the bespoke rooflight with something that’s going to stand the test of time, but also look period correct at the same time. We also stripped 75% of the front and rear of the roof, repaired the rafters, then added new felt, batons and reclaimed roof tiles.
Finally we painted the rooflight, repointed the chimney and added new cast iron gutters to complete the look.

Evening.
Just thought I would share a post with you about one of the extensions we’ve just completed. The photos show the finished extension, the site with the foundations dug and the architects original design he drew up to show the client his vision.
Great clients, awful wet weather which gave us plenty of issues on the site in Frankton.
I love the way the aluminium windows, self coloured silicone render and cedar cladding compliment each other.

Here’s some before and after photos of a small, but fiddly contract we’ve completed in Warwick where two of the old lintels above the first floor windows had cracked. We were tasked with putting the scaffolding up and propping and chopping out the old lintels and replacing with new concrete ones and painting them with masonry paint to match the rest of the house. Job went really well for lovely clients and as you can see the end result looks much safer and is more aesthetically pleasing.

Hi there. Just thought it was about time we posted to show what we’ve been up to. Here we have some before and after photos of a 3 bed terraced house which we have been renovating for our developer. As you can see the house was completely stripped back to brickwork before the refurbishment was carried out.
Works included;
-Forming a bathroom in between the two large bedrooms.
-Turning the existing bathroom into a third bedroom.
-Complete electrical rewire.
-Complete new heating system and boiler.
-Extension to extend the kitchen.
-Kitchen design and fit.
-Landscape gardening.
-Plastering of all walls and ceilings.
-Decoration.
-New internal and external doors and windows
-Creating a new downstairs WC.

Great clients who will soon be looking to market the house in North Leamington.

Here are a few pictures of our project in North Leamington that we are doing for our client/developer. When we took over the project we had bare walls so we are now at a stage where we are ready for the decorators to start.
Electrics, carpentry first fix and second fix, plastering, plumbing, landscape gardening, roofing all complete as well as the extension and steelwork finished. Painting, kitchen fit, wall tiling and flooring to go.
