XLNT2 Construction Limited With over 35 years experience in the building industry: new build, basement conversions, listed building renovations and fitting out.

XLNT2 was created by its Director Andy Graham in 2002 on his return to Leamington Spa from London. One project was the 2003 TV programme The Million Pound Property Experiment for BBC2 with Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan which we project managed. We have been featured in Arena, the Guardian and Period Living. We work with the London Creative Agency Imagination fitting out the seventh floor of the Science Museum; Film & Photography in Bradford for a new TV Broadcast Studio for the children’s TV Channel Nickelodeon. As you can see with such a diverse scope of works and clients we encompass all building disciplines and trades covering all areas of building, shop fitting, joinery or metal fabrication.
