Small utility fit out 👷‍♂️🔨👌

Take a look at this bespoke utility room storage built from scratch. The customer had split his garage in 2 in order to use the back half as a utility room. We started by raising the floor and insulating it all to keep a bit of warmth 🔥before boarding with 22mm chipboard, piped in for a new radiator and sink 🚰💦 then set about building the units.

Tall larder units to house the washer and dryer, with slide out basket shelves and drawers underneath, and large cupboards above🗑👕👖, large shelving units on both ends for storage and a base unit under the single bowl inset sink. All cut and edged on site using Dovetail Arosa panels from Lawcris 🪚✅️ this will look the part once the flooring has been chosen and laid 💯

Latest set of made to measure fitted wardrobes 👌👷‍♂️

With double rails and shelving for shoes 👟👠 on either end, and single rails with internal drawers in both middle sections, these wardrobes give so much storage space for all the customers different clothes 👗🎽👚. Finished with shaker style doors 🚪 and matt black k**b handles to match the rest of the doors throughout the house ✅️🔥

Another job well done and another happy customer 😀👷‍♂️👍
