🚨 Emergency Call Out – Leeds City Centre 🚨

This evening we attended an emergency call out on behalf of one of our estate management clients at a block of flats in Leeds city centre following a break-in.

Our engineers attended promptly and carried out immediate make-safe works, including securing the external main electromagnetic entrance door, making safe a damaged communal fire door, and securing a flat entrance door that had been forced.

All areas were left safe and secure, ensuring the safety of residents and preventing further unauthorised access.

Another En-Suite Bathroom Transformation Completed – Shadwell, Leeds 🛠️

We’ve recently completed this full En-Suite bathroom renovation for a private customer in Shadwell, Leeds, turning a completely stripped-out room into a modern, high-quality bathroom finished to a very high standard.

The project involved taking the room back to brick and rebuilding it from the ground up. As part of the works we installed underfloor heating beneath the new tiled floor, providing efficient and comfortable heating while maintaining a clean, modern look without bulky radiators.
