This bay window had suffered from years of weather damage, with the existing render failing, cracking and separating from the substrate. Following a full assessment, we removed all loose and defective render back to a sound surface before rebuilding and applying a brand-new render system.

🏗️ New project started at Leeds Dock

Today, our team began removing four 15-metre-long astroturfed picnic and seating areas at Leeds Dock.

This well-known seating area has been part of the dock for many years, but the timber structure underneath had reached the end of its life and required a complete rebuild.

Following a competitive tender process, we’re delighted to have been awarded the work to dismantle, remove and rebuild the structure for one of our key clients.

We’ll share the finished result once the transformation is complete. 👀

Running a successful business isn't always glamorous. Behind the scenes there are late nights, early mornings, staffing challenges, difficult decisions, and the daily task of managing different personalities. It can be demanding, and at times it can feel like a thankless job.

That's why small gestures mean so much.

Today, one of our maintenance team surprised me with a night away in a log cabin as a thank you for supporting them through some personal difficulties. I was genuinely taken aback.
