It’s being a while but we’re back for 2023 💪🏻 this is a project we undertook within the festive holidays. Suspended the ceiling in these ground floor flats, heavily insulated for sound reduction & installed soundboard to prevent any noise from the upstairs flats & of course a full reskim. Before and after of a bathroom I did beginning of this week. Back to brick so we use a method call dot & dab sticking the board with an adhesive creating a flat & level surface for the tiler & overboared the ceiling, finished with a nice bit of skimming.
