What an incredible transformation in Middleton! 🌟
We’ve taken a completely unusable, overgrown garden and turned it into a stunning multi‑level outdoor space that’s now safe, practical, and perfect for family life.
Here’s what we achieved on this project:
• Built a brand‑new retaining wall to stabilise the whole area and support the new design
• Installed secure fencing around the entire perimeter for privacy and safety
• Created a beautiful, spacious garden with steps leading up to the top level for easy access
• Laid gorgeous riven buff flags throughout, giving the entire space a clean, modern, high‑quality finish

Land drain installed over in Huddersfield 🌧️🔧
This new build garden had heavy clay soil, which was causing the lawn to hold water and become boggy. We installed a land drainage system to help move excess water away and improve the overall drainage of the garden.

We removed the old, broken and dated fencing and replaced it with brand new panels, concrete posts and gravel boards to make the fence stronger and more durable.

Another Stunning Transformation Completed!
We recently turned an old, broken-down 2‑car concrete driveway into a brand‑new, fully raised 3‑car slate block paved driveway — and the results speak for themselves!
What we did:
• Removed the damaged concrete throughout the existing driveway
• Carefully took down part of the garden wall to open up the space
• Raised and levelled all areas into one continuous, even surface
• Installed a beautiful slatebloc paving finish with a crisp grey border for a clean, modern look

Drainage Job Completed 👍

We were called in to sort a backdrop drainage issue where the drainage levels for a new extension hadn’t been installed correctly by a previous contractor.

This required a 2.8 metre hand dig to safely connect onto the existing foul sewer line. Using our experience and knowledge, we managed to get everything lined up and working properly.

The job included installing 3 new manholes and 2 new gullies, getting the drainage system fully sorted and the project boxed off.

Water pipe replacement completed 💧🔧

We replaced 45 metres of old water pipe, installing a new stop tap and upgrading the full run to MDPE pipe for a more reliable and long-lasting supply.

The job was located alongside a substation, so the majority of the work had to be carefully hand dug to keep everything safe and avoid any services in the area.

A huge milestone for us at Chateau Anna, York!

We’ve officially completed all groundworks at the breathtaking Chateau Anna — a project that will always be special to us, as it was the first major job we ever took on. From day one, this site has been full of character, and it’s been a privilege to help shape such a beautiful location.

Here’s what we delivered:
• Constructed a full 260m driveway, built from the ground up to create a grand and lasting entrance
• Designed and created a hidden, tucked‑away seating area that blends perfectly into the large landscaped gardens
• Installed 120 sqm of high‑quality flagging to create smooth, durable and visually stunning outdoor spaces
• Built new steps and laid a fresh, clean turfed area to complete the garden’s layout
• Completed all electrical ducting across the site, ensuring it’s fully prepared for future installations
• Prepped the road to a high standard, ready for the final tarmacking stage

This project tested our skills, strengthened our team and reminded us why we love what we do. Seeing Chateau Anna come together has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re proud to have played a part in its transformation.

Works Completed at Blue Rinse – Leeds City Centre
Another great job completed for the team at Blue Rinse in Leeds City Centre.

We installed 39 metres of electrical ducting for NPG, carefully reinstating all the Yorkshire stone cobbles afterwards, concrete footpath and flooring inside all reinstated to a high standard so the area was left exactly as it should be.

Out the back of the property we constructed 48m² of block and beam flooring to create a safe landing area for the fire escape from the floors above. This involved building up the centre supports and hanging the outer sides on L brackets fixed into the wall to create a raised floating floor, as well as raising the manhole level to suit.

In the basement we also installed a new soil stack drainage pipe and tapped into the existing drainage to allow the newly built stores above to have new toilets and bathrooms.

Inside the property we also poured a new concrete floor to complete the works.

Another quality job completed by the team in a tight city centre location.
