Air Conditioning Installation Complete ✅❄️🔥

We installed a new split air conditioning unit this morning for Box Kitchen in Pudsey. With temperatures rising, the staff were overheating and even the cakes were starting to feel it!

Now the space is cool, comfortable, and much more pleasant for both the team and their customers. Plus, with heating included, they’re covered for whatever this unpredictable British weather throws at them.

Just completed another great project! 🔧💨

We’ve installed a brand new ducted fan extraction system for CocoSands to tackle some serious heat buildup in their studio — temps were hitting over 30°C due to all the tanning beds!

With the new setup, all that excess heat is now being efficiently pulled up and vented out, keeping the space cool and comfortable for both staff and clients. We also added a couple of fresh air supply points to keep the airflow just right. 🌬️

Plus, we’ve future-proofed the system by leaving in some extra duct legs ready to connect up easily when additional beds arrive. ✅

Over the past few days, we have carried out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works at a large office complex. This included the removal of significant debris build-up behind the outdoor condenser units, which had been causing airflow blockages and negatively impacting system performance.

Internally, we cleaned the evaporator units to remove routine dust and residue accumulation, and conducted thorough inspections of all system connections to ensure they are leak-free. Functionality checks were also completed to confirm that all components are operating as intended.

Installed a Mitsubishi Zen split AC system this morning at a residential property. The home had been struggling to stay cool during recent hot weather, largely due to south-facing windows and other contributing factors.
