The Yorkshire Home Squad is back up and running. Come join us next Thursday at The Lawnswood Arms at meet your local trades face to face.

The Yorkshire Home Squad is an invite only trade directory to ensure that there are no cowboys or chancers and only qualified and experienced trades people.

Tonight's the night for the second Yorkshire Home Squad trade show. Get yourself to high trees garden center between 6 and 8pm tonight and meet the trades face to face.

The Yorkshire Home Squad isn't like checkatrade, mybuilder or any of the other trade directories where anyone can join. The only way to become a member of The Yorkshire Home Squad is by invite, this means that only proper reputable and trusted trades people can join, absolutely no cowboys or chancers.

Just over a week to go till the second Yorkshire Home Squad trade show. Come down and meet properly rated trades people face to face. The Yorkshire Home Squad isn't like and other trade directory, the trades people involved are only allowed in by invite only meaning only the best are there with 0% chance of you getting a cowboy or chancer.

The days are flying by and increasingly more people are contacting me re our team… don’t forget to put this date in your diary… it’s going to be a great event.. Meet all the high quality and trustworthy work people you could ever need, all under one roof and visit the garden centre shop and cafe at the same time. See you there!

There was a great turnout for The Yorkshire Home Squad trade event last night. Don't worry if you missed it, we will be back again in a couple of months or if you can't wait that long there will be another event next month in Harrogate. Details are to be confirmed but watch this space.

Last night's event played host to local electricians, bricklayers, plumbers, landscapers, kitchen designers and more. It was great to see the local community getting involved coming in to see what this is all about and having a chat with everyone. I even managed to coax a few people into tackling my "Triple Thread Screw Challenge" a simple task to see how fast you can screw in 3 100mm screws. Sonny is the current champion with an impressive time of 21.41 seconds. If you think you can do better be sure to get yourself to the next event.

The Yorkshire Home Squad is a local trade directory for customers to be able to find trusted trades people. There is no membership fees, no leads for us to buy, in fact it doesn't cost us a penny but you can't just join. You have to be invited by other trades who are part of it to make sure the people who are in it are proper professional trades people who know what they are doing, with absolutely no cowboys or chancers that would tarnish the name of what the Yorkshire Home Squad has set out to achieve.

The community is really getting behind what the Yorkshire Home Squad is trying to do. Proper professionals in the local area who excel in their area of expertise. There are a few big names in the area who have joint in with the program too. Why not come down next Thursday the 15th to see what it's all about.

I am honoured to say we have been invited to join The Yorkshire Home Squad. This is a new trade directory that has been created to make sure customers can find proper trades who know what they are doing. This is unlike checkatrade, rated people, mybuilder, etc as anyone can join these sites for a fee or by buying leads for projects.

The Yorkshire Home Squad is only available to trades people to join by being invited by other trades already part of the team to make sure that there are only the best of the best and absolutely no chancers and cowboys.

We are also offering drop in sessions for people pop in and have a chat with the professionals themselves to discuss potential projects, products used or just come and get some advice from the people who know what they are talking about.

The first drop in session is on June the 15th at the Lawnswood Arms from 7.30pm where you will be able to meet the trade professionals face to face.

The customer didn't trust their builder to fit their brand new kitchen so the professionals were called in to do the job properly.

Out of all the kitchens we have installed over the years I have to admit that this handleless shaker style kitchen is one of my favourites. The kitchen itself was designed and supplied by Arlington Interiors and as always it was a pleasure to work with them on another project.
