I spoke to two amazing women today, one who's not going to back down until she gets her money back and one who built her own extension because she lacks trust in the tradesmen in her area.

I'll be featuring the self built extension on the page next week when I go to visit, I can't wait!

I was contacted by a young lady called Natalie who's grandparents have just moved house to be closer to family.
