Well, we’ve been approached by a company that provides an escrow account service, and this could be another important stage in the development of Pinnacle of All Trades.

✅ Not a government scheme.

✅ Not compulsory. Both the homeowner and the builder must agree to use it.

✅ A negotiated fee of just 2% for Pinnacle members.

✅ Designed to provide financial protection for both parties, with the provider’s guarantee and insurance arrangements subject to its agreed terms.

The idea is to provide greater reassurance that the money is available for the project, while helping homeowners and builders agree on how payments are managed.

We’ve negotiated the fee down to 2% for our members because we want to make this as accessible as possible.

SOUTHPORT RESCUE JOB – WE NEED YOUR HELP! ❤️🏠

A few weeks ago, a company reached out to me offering to supply carpets for Natalie’s house to help us get the work completed and make her home feel like home again. If that company is still able to help, please get in touch with me personally.

We’re also looking for a local decorator with morals, integrity and a good heart who would be willing to come along and help us get Natalie’s home finished.

Most importantly, we want to get the children back into their own bedrooms and give this family some normality after everything they’ve been through.
