Having great experience within the automotive industry has put us in good stead working for a respected turbocharger manufacturer in the UK who needed a robust packing solution to reduce the amount of damaged components in transit whilst being shipped in the UK, Ireland and Europe. 📦💪

Their existing shipments were vulnerable to damages as the packaging was inadequate for the transportation method and their heavy, high-value components were being compromised as a consequence. ☹️💔

The system was designed and fabricated from Polyethylene with cut-out apertures for the turbo-chargers to be safely seated, fixed separately and appropriately packaged and boxed before shipping. This rigid, reusable and tough rack system ensured the items arrived in pristine condition with minimal issues. ♻️👊

Using a robust material like Polyethylene ensured that it was up to the job, could be re-used many times and damages could now be minimal giving peace of mind to our clients whilst not interrupting their distribution network. 📈⚡

✅ We can work from the most basic hand-drawn designs to interpreting complex CAD files or even fabricate from the existing parts for replacement so replication in a superior material is possible and fits exactly as required. Our capabilities include machining, routing, bending and welding, finding solutions to even the most complex problems. 💪

✅ A recent installation for a major online retailer addressed many issues for them, the major one being visibility so the production line moving parts could be monitored clearly for any issues like blockage or breakdown as previously their guards were made of metal which wasn’t ideal and potential problems leading to downtime couldn’t be identified. ⏳
