Taking this property from a dated layout ➡️ to a full transformation.

So far we’ve:
• Stripped back to structure
• Installed new floor structure + joists
• Built full timber stud layout
• Formed new room configurations
• Prepped for windows + next phase

This project included a full loft conversion creating a new bedroom with a wet room ensuite. Along side his & her bespoke fitted wardrobes and engineered wood flooring throughout.

We also completed a full first-floor bathroom renovation with a fully tiled wet room and electric underfloor heating.

This project was a full reskim over artrex plastering in the hallway, staircase and landing. We also replaced the existing architrave with a Ta**us detailed along with the skirting. We added the handrail and spindles to allow for more light in the hallway which is exactly what the customer was looking for, which completed the new lighter coloured laminate flooring to really complete the look.
