FEATURED PROJECT: Storm Connection From A 150 Pipe To A 300

In this project, we connected the storm drain to the mains. The job required a trench drag in line with appropriate regulations to ensure the protection of staff and the community given the depth of this particular dig.

FEATURED PROJECT: Demolition And Rebuild Of A Small Extension To An Existing Building At Market Drayton.

For this project, we demolished an existing structure and cleared the site in preparation for ground floor foundations and slab up to DPC to building control surveyor satisfaction. We then installed new drainage systems to service new utilities and bathrooms internally and drainage systems externally. Ground floor works were comprised of compacted hardcore in preparation for ground-bearing concrete slab, insulated with Celotex, which was sandwiched by two polythene membranes, and finished with sand/cement screed. Block works were then completed from damp to wall plate, including stone lintels and sills.

All works complied with building regulations, planning conditions, and water, gas, and electrical board standards.

FEATURED PROJECT: Installation of a New Foul Sewerage Drain with Connection to Mains

Completed efficiently within the required road closure period, this sewerage installation included breaking out the ground in preparation for a trench dig to a depth of 2.7m from cover to invert and working around multiple subsurface services for the installation of a new foul sewerage system with connection to the mains.

FEATURED PROJECT: Full Garden Landscaping Project Completed to Customer Specification

First, we removed spoil from the front, rear, and side of the garden in preparation for works. Then, we supplied and laid the bark, gravel, and cobbles, followed by installation of posts, gates, and arches to customer specification. After that, we dug out and replaced sleepers, laid ice blue gravel and Honeycomb block paving, and finally planted and staked four trees.
