The old wall has been removed, and a new stud wall has been built further back to create an additional room, which will become a utility room. The stud wall is complete, with first-fix electrics installed and Rockwool sound insulation fitted between the studs and ceiling to minimize noise from appliances in the other rooms. This room is now ready for plasterboarding and to be plastered.
