🚨Forklift Camera Systems (HVR)🚨
Forklift operators must be alert during every manoeuvre when in the driver’s seat to avoid the abundance of hazards that a forklift can present. Three main reasons for injury caused by forklifts are:
- Visual obstructions due to load. When the forklift is loaded, the vision of the operator can be restricted, meaning that they may not see people or objects in front of them.
- Backing collisions. The operator may not always be able to turn their body far enough to visually clear the area behind them before turning, so those behind the forklift may be at risk.
- Worker blind spots. Poor lighting or sharp turns reduce the operator’s view when turning corners or transporting loads.
By removing blind spots, forklift operators can reduce the risk injury, damage to load and damage to the forklift. On top of this, reducing the blind spots around the forklift reduce the strain on the operator caused from turning and adjusting posture according to visibility.
Both visual and audible alerts maximise the safety of those around the forklift, varying depending on the proximity of the obstacle.
Our simple on-site installation makes forklift safety that little bit easier, allowing you to get back to work the minute we leave!
