We’re not bringing it. And that’s intentional.
It’s not because we don’t know that full automation, optimisation features, enhanced panel handling and faster cutting speeds is transformational for manufacturers looking to streamline a high-output or fast-growing business. That’s exactly why we took those models to LIGNA last year.
But let’s be real — the UK woodworking industry has seen plenty of challenges over the last few years, and as a result, UK woodworking trade shows have seen their fair share of changes too. Those challenges have also meant that for most UK workshops, investment decisions have naturally become far more considered.
For TM, machinery has always been about problem-solving, so the real value is showing how the right machinery can improve workflow, productivity, efficiency and long-term scalability across the wider operation. So for PWE 2026, we’re not focusing on the highest-spec machinery possible, because that isn’t the point of this year’s stand. Instead, we’re focusing on practical solutions that address the realities most small to medium-sized UK workshops are actually facing.
Whatever the model, the cutting precision and repeatability remain the same, and so do the wider gains machinery can bring across the whole workshop. The real difference is understanding the most practical solution for the individual business.
