New boiler released and fitted this week, the latest offering from Worcester bosch with the new 4000 range. Compact, aesthetically appealing , and a manufacturer warranty ranging between 7-10 years a long with excellent performance. A lot of positive vibes from this boiler already.

Looking back at some of the work we have completed over the last month, this bathroom renovation was a huge transformation from how it was previously. It’s also a good example of showing the enormous amount of work that goes into something like this before you actually start putting a new bathroom back in. Our customer was delighted with the end result and can rest assured knowing it’s been done correctly for many of use in the future.

We love it when a job comes together. Our customer was delighted to have heating and hot water again. We installed one of Vaillants flagship ecotec plus boilers and invented cylinders in the loft space to free up space in the original airing cupboard to extend the en-suite at a later date. The system had a total overhaul, new honeywell thermostic valves on the radiators and powerflush to makes sure the existing radiators are efficient as possible

Today we finished a project within a local care home in Evington. We remove the 80’s style toilet area to make way for a fresh new washroom. We made sure all accessibility requirements were adhered to, not only is it easy to use with a comfort height toilet pan complete with back rest, assistance rails and temperature protection on the hot water and radiator, it also looks far more appealing than what you would normally expect to see in this format. Yesterday we were able to commission this new Underfloor heating system. The house was originally renovated around 20 years ago and the old components were now obsolete and beyond economical repair. We also serperated the upstairs radiators on the system as previously they couldn’t be controlled separately to the rest of the property. We cleaned and protected the system so that it operates correctly and efficiently for many years to come. Our customer was absolutely delighted to get this installed just in time for Christmas.

With days now fast running out before the end of twenty20, our customer will be pleased to be able to move their tenants in to get settled just in time for Christmas. The previous boiler was deemed unsafe and beyond economical repair so today we put another one of Baxi/mains latest offerings in to keep them in the warm this winter.

Today we commissioned yet another quality boiler installation. Although the customers existing boiler was still working, they had the foresight to see that it wasn’t going to last forever at 25 years old. We installed Baxi’s latest 800 model, complete with 10 years warranty. Thoroughly cleaning / flushing the system and fitting a system filter, also upgrading the outdated controls will ensure this one lasts just as well.

Take a look at another one of fully refurbished bathrooms completed start to finish. We completely stripped back some of the original 80s features to create a more usable and minimalistic space. We raised the floor to around 450mm so that the 2 steps immediately in the door way were no longer an obstacle. Fully Re-plastered, with new mouldings, bispoke vanits finished with a Zenith surface all complimenting the luxury vinyl tiled floor. Our customer was delighted with the result.
