Designed around the customer’s requirements, this custom-built Holz-Her Sector 1254 Vertical Panel Saw is now installed and operational at Brik Construction. 👌
Configured specifically to suit their production needs, this machine was supplied with:
Mechanical Support Grid 1900mm
Middle Workpiece Support
Digital Read-Out for Length Stop (Manual) for Vertical Cuts
Digital Display for Horizontal Cuts at the Control Panel
Strip Stop for Repeating Horizontal Cuts
2 × Narrow Part Devices
2 × Adjustable Stop Points in the Saw Beam
With a cutting capacity of 1900mm x 4300mm, this custom-configured Sector 1254 is designed to deliver accurate, repeatable results across a wide range of panel materials, including MDF, chipboard, veneer, and multiplex.
Built on a fully welded, self-supporting frame with hardened precision guides, the machine provides exceptional rigidity, precision, and ease of use. Combined with its ergonomic control layout and efficient saw unit design, it’s a machine built to perform day in, day out.
