We’re delighted to officially announce a new partnership with Scafftex Manufacturing Ltd, who will be supporting G-DECK’s innovative access systems to customers across Ireland.

This is a major step forward in expanding our presence, ensuring that businesses throughout Ireland can now benefit from the safety, efficiency, and flexibility that G-DECK is known for.

Through this partnership, Scafftex will be offering both our DUAL and STANDARD systems, giving clients the freedom to choose the right solution for their needs, whether that’s trestles, platforms, or towers. From small-scale projects to large, complex builds, there’s now a G-DECK solution readily available across the Irish market.

Very Special Day with DIY SOS

Yesterday, G-DECK had the honour of supporting the DIY SOS team on one of their life-changing Big Build projects—this time in Freckleton, Preston, for the incredible Flemen family.

Their home is being completely transformed to make it accessible for their son, Daniel, who has been living in hospital for nearly three years. Daniel is unable to walk, talk, or breathe unaided at night, and the current layout of the family home just isn’t suitable for his complex needs. But thanks to the power of community, compassion—and some serious graft—that’s changing this week.

We were invited to supply and fit various G-DECK platforms needed onsite, and we were proud to answer the call.

A huge thank you to Brand Access Solutions by BrandSafway (formerly Lyndon SGB) for kindly donating additional G-DECK kit, and to Scott Williams who joined our team and got stuck in alongside us.

We’re proud to have played even a small part in something so meaningful.

Best of luck to the amazing DIY SOS team and everyone involved. We can’t wait to see the finished result on screen—and more importantly, to see Daniel finally home with his family.
