We had the pleasure of supporting on the rolling road last week. . The engine is running our Direct to Head 45mm Throttle Bodies. Utilising the standard ECU, remapped by Mark the engine make 188bhp, which should make it competive when it returns to the MG championship later in the year.
To allow the standard ECU to be used, we also made a vacuum block for the standard MAP sensor to be used, taking a tapping from all 4 runners to allow for a smooth vacuum and more stable reading.
The eagle-eyed might notice the small coolant leak that developed on the final run, but that will be an easy fix back in the workshop.

Just finished a set of prototype lower wishbones for the MK6 Ford Fiesta. These ones use poly bushes on the inner pivot points and a standard lower ball joint. The mounting points for the ball joints are slotted to provide camber adjustment, and the linkage adjuster can be used to alter caster angle.

This set is going to be tested on track by .msport in his Mk6 ST150 Racecar.

The next versions will likely have a rose-joint lower ball joint once the new hub pins are made. There is also the option of rose-jointed inner pivots once a new mounting bracket arrangement has been created to replace the large bush.

Recently, we have been working on getting a Classic Honda Integra Type R back on the road after a couple of years being laid up.

It's had an engine refresh, as well as needing new rear brake lines and the rear calipers rebuilt.

Still a bit of tidying work to do, like A/C top-up and a bit of paint here and there. But it's now roadworthy with a fresh MOT, ready for the summer, once the A/C is topped up that is!

We are pleased to now be able to offer a fitting service for our intakes at our workshop in Leicester. We can fit all of our intakes, including Focus ST/RS manifolds, our ITB kits (including balancing). Plus other performance parts from our trusted suppliers.

We can also now accommodate vehicles for measuring and test fitting of custom components if our off-the-shelf items aren't suitable.

I had the pleasure of visiting the other day to do the final setup of our ITB's on their MG K-series swapped Montego Racer. They are now all balanced and sounding amazing, ready for the rest of the racing season. Unfortunately, I forgot to get any videos of it running!

This setup utilised the standard MAP sensor, relocated to the bulkhead, being fed by 4 pipes, one to each of the throttles for smooth, reliable readings.

Something a bit different in the workshop recently, a lovely MG Midget with a K-series engine swap. We had it to fit a set of fast road cams, a larger throttle body and an Emerald K6 ECU. It was a pleasure to work on and a proper little rocket when it was finished.
