Exciting Transformation Underway in Leamington Spa! 🏛️✨

We’re thrilled to be working on a full-scale renovation of a beautiful Grade II listed property, complete with a brand-new, single-story extension. This project has us taking on everything from heritage preservation to adding modern comforts, all while respecting the property’s unique character.

🔹 Sanded and Finished Floors: We’re refinishing the original floors, preserving their natural beauty while adding a fresh, polished look.

🔹 All-New, Energy-Efficient Heating System: As part of our commitment to sustainable practices, the new heating system will be efficient and environmentally friendly.

🔹 Electrical Overhaul: Full electrical system upgrade for safety, convenience, and modern living.

We started by clearing out the area to make way for the new deck, ensuring a solid foundation for the structure.

✨ Multi-Level Decking with Pergolas:

We designed and constructed a large multi-level deck, adding two beautiful pergolas above each level to provide both shade and style.

✨ Uniform Finish with Gravel Boards:

The deck was made from 6x1 gravel boards, chosen for their uniform finish and ease of maintenance, ensuring a sleek and durable surface.

✨ Custom Planters:

✨ Shower Relocation and Bath Removal: We moved the shower to a different area and removed the bath completely, reconfiguring the space for better functionality.

✨ Pipework and Drainage: All necessary pipework and drainage were changed to accommodate the new shower, sink, and toilet layout.

✨ Black Natural Stone Effect Shower Tray: We installed an incredible black natural stone effect shower tray, adding a touch of elegance to the shower area.

✨ Meticulous Waterproofing: All wet areas were meticulously waterproofed to ensure durability and longevity.

✨ Washed Concrete Effect Tiles: The bathroom was tiled in a washed concrete effect tile, creating a stylish yet striking look.

✨ Complete Carpet Removal: We began by removing all the old carpets and underlay from the hallway, dining room, playroom, and living room.

✨ Floor Preparation: The floor was prepared with an SBR primer to ensure optimal adhesion for the glue-down flooring.

✨ Herringbone Installation: We meticulously laid the dark solid oak herringbone flooring throughout the property, transforming the entire space.

✨ New Skirting and Architrave: We installed all-new skirting and architrave, replacing the old ones to complete the fresh new look.

🌟 Brick Extension with Pitched Roof: The new extension was built with a solid brick structure and a pitched roof, ensuring durability and style.

🌟 Solar Powered Velux Roof Lights: To bring in natural light, we installed solar-powered electronic Velux roof lights, adding both functionality and elegance.

🌟 Anthracite Grey Bi-Folding Doors: We added 3m wide bi-folding doors in a sleek anthracite grey, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors.

🌟 Matching Large Window and Cladding: A new large window and gable end cladding in the same anthracite grey finish were added for a cohesive look.
