🔍Looking for a role where you’ll be supported and encouraged while developing your skills?

We’re hiring for a Technical Estimator at our Head Office in Leicestershire.

Responsibilities include:

⚙️Preparing estimates from technical drawings and samples.
⚙️Producing technical drawings using CAD software.
⚙️Calculating material, labour and machining costs.
⚙️Liaising with customers, sales and production teams.
⚙️Managing multiple estimates and meeting deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

✅ Experience in estimating or engineering manufacturing.
✅ Understanding of CNC routing, milling and machining processes.
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
✅ CAD experience and strong IT skills.
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills.
✅ Experience in cost analysis and material/labour calculation

We’ve recycled 273 tonnes of hard plastic offcuts in 2026 so far!

That’s 22% more than during the same period last year, and a strong step forward in keeping valuable plastic material in circulation.
By separating hard plastic offcuts from general waste, our teams can reduce disposal requirements and generate revenue from material that might otherwise be treated as waste.

It’s a practical example of how better segregation can support better recycling outcomes, while helping us make more efficient use of the materials already moving through our sites.

This is a great development opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded professional, offering hands-on experience across the branch and a clear opportunity to develop towards a Branch Manager role in the future.

In this role, you’ll be:

✅ Supporting commercial performance, including sales, margin and profitability

As our Stock Controller, Lindsay ensures the smooth running of the business through accurate stock records, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.

Thanks to Lindsay, anomalies have decreased significantly, helping us substantially improve customer service excellence.
