Looking for a tradesperson to start full time on property refurbishment projects. Must be multi skilled and be able to provide examples of previous work experience and references. Must have full driving licence and own car/van. Must have basic tools. Looking to start immediately. Ideally must be multi skilled in the following: General building, plastering, carpentry, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting. This role will start on a self employed basis on 37.5 hours per week plus overtime. Pay can be flexible on a weekly/monthly basis and terms are to be agreed with the right candidate.

Conversion of existing commercial premises into x 2 residential apartments, the scheme consist of 1 x 1 bed on the first floor and 1 x 2 bed on the second and third floor. Looking for a building team with all trades available to deliver the conversion efficiently. Start date by end of November 2020. Available for quoting immediately.
