Ashwell Maintenance Ltd is looking for a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our friendly, long-established team.
We work predominantly in schools and public sector buildings across Leicestershire, servicing and repairing a wide range of commercial heating systems (plus occasional domestic systems — no residential homes).
This is a permanent role with stable, year-round work. We’re a small, supportive company with a loyal client base — some relationships going back over 30 years.
📍 Based in Leicester | Covering Leicestershire and surrounding areas
🔧 About the Role:
- Servicing and repairing commercial boilers, heating systems, gas installations, and general plumbing.
- Working both independently and alongside the team in public buildings
- Monday to Friday, standard 8-hour shifts
- Overtime paid at 1.5× after 8 hours

✅ What You’ll Need:
- Solid experience with commercial gas appliances and heating systems
- General plumbing knowledge
- Ability to work unsupervised and solve problems on the job
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Own hand tools
