Complete refurb project on this traditional Victorian house in the clifftown conservation area of southend.
Full top to bottom renovation including two extensions and a loft remodel.
Old property’s certainly come with their challenges but with our hardworking team we got it over the line and ahead of schedule ( 32 weeks ) with a flawless finish. 👌

Phase 2 complete!
Huge kitchen knock through creating a large family room. By using dead space in what was a small snug area we’ve created a large utility and WC (as seen in walk through video)
Finished off with a sleek silicone render to the side and rear.
Phase 3 next year…

Phase one of this large project complete. Master en suite refurb and extended family bathroom, by taking some unused space from a bedroom next door allowed us to easily install a large wall in shower.
Both bathrooms were also fitted with underfloor heating 🔥👌
