Works have started for one of our projects in Leigh-On-Sea. 3000m3 of 1200G DPM 75mm thick PIR Insulation board and 500G VCL. Followed by 75mm traditional sand cement screed with reinforcement fibres.

We are looking for an experienced floor screeder to join our team. You will be working on projects around Essex, Kent, London and South East areas on price work/day work.
We are looking for someone with a can do attitude. Time wasters please do not apply.
You must have experience in both commercial and residential projects.
Must have a valid CSCS card and drivers licence and able to tow. Based in Leigh on Sea, Essex therefore preferably someone that lives local within easy access to our yard.

Our guys have recently been at the National Theatre in London, Southbank carrying out 75m2 of Isopol SBR screed to falls at 95-45mm thick.

Last night we were undertaking the installation of Filcor insulation at 100mm and 65mm thick to two new shop fit outs at Ealing Broadway station with a 500G separation layer on top.

Screedafloor was at Watling View School in St Albans last week undertaking 228m2 of insulation and traditional sand and cement screed to a new hydrotherapy pool being built. We installed 1200G poly DPM with 150mm Ecotherm PIR and 500G separation layer over the top. 25mm perimeter PIR to all external walls with screed foam edge to internal walls. We then installed a 75mm sand and cement screed to complete.
