These are often an addition which can add an attractive feature to the overall look of a property. Conservatories are often seen as a way of adding another downstairs room where perhaps members of the family can escape to for some peace and quiet.

If a conservatory is large, then a planning application has to be made to the local council. In this case G & G can help to put the client in touch with someone to have plans drawn and complete the necessary paperwork.

New builds

We are registered members of National House Building Council. This means that when we are constructing a new building it is inspected not only by the Local Council but also by an inspector from the NHBC to check that it is built to rigorous standards laid down by both of these bodies.
When registered with NHBC the building is then under guarantee for a 10 year period which starts on completion of the property. This is to give the client peace of mind that the workmanship will be rigorously checked and that they have a guarantee should anything go wrong in the future.
It is important that when a client is taking part in such a major investment as a new home they can have confidence in the Builder that they have instructed to do the work.
