Had to replace gas valve as reading was to high and the gas valve letting to much gas through,
The only way we found that was though a boiler service

We hit the half way mark on this job,
With the plaster drying nicely
The floor tiles are down and some of the wall
And even upgraded there hot water storage system to a unvented meaning mains pressure at all the taps and a new boiler to go with it,
And while all this is going on the teddy is chilling in the bath
