Rocker cover job here on a n47 engine as these engines have common faults such as rocker gasket leaking at the back of the engine on the dpf
Common faults include
- rocker cover oil leak
- cool inlet pipe swelling and bursting
- timing chain guides failing
BMW says service these every 20k miles but due to the timing chain guides bing chocolate I recommend a service every 6-8k miles
