Not quite such a big crane needed on this install!

Here it is, in all its glory - the poshest of posh dog houses!
According to Lewis, this is hands down his favourite build to date, and we were almost sad to see it go. If you're looking for something a bit different to brighten up your garden, get in touch and we would love to work with you coming up with that special something for you.

To give you an idea of scale on the mini hut we're working on, here it is next to one of our regular sized builds.
Dave and Lewis are having so much fun building this! With a custom made door from Lewis' joinery shop, and a sliding dog hatch that Dave has put together, the boys are enjoying putting their carpentry skills to good use, and I'm getting a bit jealous of these dogs!

And here it is! From CAD to reality! Dave and Lewis have been busy building this fun project. Built just like our regular huts, only, smaller...

Fully insulated, double skinned, and due to be set on the same welded chassis our bigger ones get, this thing is one posh dog house.

We've been so pleased with this one we think it might become a regular build. Do the kids need somewhere new to play that's not the same old boring wendy house? Get in contact, and let's make it happen.

We love all the weird and wonderful ideas that our customers come up with!
When approached to build a scaled down hut for a couple's very lucky dogs, Lewis jumped to work putting together a CAD model to give the customers a idea of what they were getting. After a few revisions working to get exactly what they were looking for, we arrived at this...

I think Lewis might need to work on what he chooses to film in the workshop... Riveting footage here, but atleast Dave knows the official 'I've put a lightbulb in' presentation.

Most of the way there on this build - an outdoor office. A few final touches to the fascias, and we'll be getting the cladding on! We often find ourselves thinking we're overbuilding these things, but we build a product that's meant to last. Every black surface is treated with two coats of bitumin paint for maximum waterproofing - this is the stuff they use on the bottom of canal boats so we can be confident there's no water damage happening to our huts!

**NEW FOR 2024** We've been getting quite a few enquiries about whether we can build one of our shepherds huts on site - a lot of people want a hut in their back garden, but access issues mean we can't just deliver a fully built hut.

So after a bit of chin rubbing, head scratching, and muttering, Dave and Lewis have spent the last few weeks working on a build process to do just that, and they're now ready to rumble.

Number one question ... "Are your huts insulated?"

Yes... yes they are!

100mm Rockwool in the floor and ceiling. 75mm Earthwool in the walls, plus double glazed windows and doors.

They don't take much to heat, and they stay nice and toasty. Unlike the workshop!

Every shepherds hut starts with a good solid chassis. So for the chassis nerds out there, here's the chassis for our latest garden home office project.

Our chassis' can be built to any size, and come with a turnplate and drawbar as standard.

We also get to use the word 'fl**ge' when we're doing chassis talk in the workshop. Word of the week!

Christmas is almost upon us and the rellies are on their way! 🎄🍗 🍾 🎉 You know what would make life easier??? A shepherds hut in the back garden to use as a spare bedroom. Maybe even put an en suite in there??? 🤔

Well it's a bit late for this year tbh, but have a think about it over the festive season, and give us a shout when you've decided that one of our huts was what you'd been wanting for Christmas all along!!! 🎁 😀
