We're looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to join our team in Orkney.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in fabrication and/or welding (coding qualifications beneficial)
- Strong workshop and site-based experience
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience mentoring, and training apprentices
- Good leadership and organisational skills
- The right to work in the UK.
