Customers reporting hot water was fluctuating between too hot 🔥 and luke warm.

Diagnosed problem to plate heat exchanger and DHW NTC sensor.

Replaced components and hot water is now constant. Customer was happy to finally have a nice shower !.

Customer reported whistling noise coming from boiler and initial flue gas readings were unsafe.

Complete clean of burner chamber, Burner and injectors and system purged of any air.

Boiler now burning safely and no whistling noise.

Customer reported pressure loss and boiler had locked out meaning no heating or hot water.
After inspection found Pressure release valve to be leaking.
New part fitted and boiler holds preesure is back working.
