Deutz-Fahr 5120G getting a custom power map and AdBlue software.

Taking the power from 115hp up to 145hp with 550Nm of torque.

John Deere 6215R stuck in limp mode due to a DEF fluid sensor fault.

Sorted with an AdBlue software 'calibration'. Tractor now uses significantly less AdBlue than before :)

Scania R490 in for a custom stage 1 power map and emissions software solution.

Massive difference in how this drives now, especially down low where it counts for heavy hauling:

Power: 490hp > 560hp (+70hp)

Torque: 2550Nm > 3000Nm (+450Nm)

The biggest improvement here is the extra torque at the bottom of the rev range. It pulls much harder in low RPMs, meaning less gear dropping on hills and effortless cruising with heavy loads.

We also carried out a custom DPF software calibration to suit the owner's modified exhaust setup, eliminating dashboard errors, preventing limp mode, and letting the engine breathe properly for better overall fuel efficiency.

ECU and DCM modified to remove SCR fault and help significantly 'reduce' AdBlue consumption.

Emergency callout for a customer to fix the dreaded SCR derate error!
There's nothing worse than having a big machine stuck in full derate at the bottom of a quarry. Luckily, we were able to get out on-site and map the ECU and ACM on the bench.

The results:
- Derate cleared completely
- Future SCR faults prevented
- Full power restored
- AdBlue usage optimized

Lovely Fendt 724 getting a custom map, owner was happy with the power output but opted for our custom AdBlue software solution. This software will prevent any future AdBlue SCR system faults, de-rate or limp mode cooldowns, it also helps significantly 'reduce' AdBlue usage.

They also got a custom AdBlue config to prevent AdBlue SCR system faults and 'reduce' AdBlue usage.
