Plots 9 & 10 Update - NJC Yorkshire 🚧

Nathan is on site with a recent progress update across Plots 9 & 10, showing how things are moving forward step by step.

✔️ All concrete slabs now poured
✔️ Drainage system fully installed
✔️ Scaffold mats in place

Another key stage completed as the groundwork comes together and the development continues to take shape.

This update gives a clear look at where we are in the build process and what’s coming next as we move into the next phase on site.

Progress moving forward nicely on this one.

We’ve now installed the top sheet of Visqueen, fully in place and ready to protect the build - followed by the concrete slab pour.

A key stage in the process, ensuring a solid, well-prepared base for the next phase of works.

We’ve added a new concrete mixing bucket to our MultiOne loader - helping us work smarter, faster and more efficiently on site.

This upgrade allows us to improve productivity and streamline our groundwork operations, ensuring we continue delivering high-quality results across every project.

Completed project update from NJC Yorkshire Ltd 👷‍♂️🔨

We recently carried out works on a private industrial unit, constructing a block wall to divide an existing building into two separate units.

A straightforward but important alteration, helping the space become more functional and better suited for future use.

Today we’re sharing an update from our S278 works at Rufforth, where the footpath works have now been fully completed and topped off.

The project is now awaiting final inspection, marking another solid step forward for the team.

We’ll also have further updates coming soon from Scorton as works continue to progress.
