Cold weather coming and thinking it's a little drafty around the house?

Having a day off when we get an emergency call from local students who need 3 lights replacing in their communanal kitchen. Same day, we had them replaced, working and ready for no doubt more shenanigans!

Another bedroom needed? No problem ✔️ Garage conversion done with zero fuss 👌🏻

When we spoke to our customer, they explained they were looking for another internal room for a bedroom, but also wanted to retain some of the space for storage and a boiler cupboard.

We got our design heads on and, having proposed the perfect solution, were given the go-ahead to build.

Fast forward, and here is the final result before decorators turned it into a beautiful space to relax, but retained some practical storage too. We also raised the flooring to match internal levels, whilst also insulating under the floor and installing a window too.

Our customer was over the moon with the final result!

What a transformation, right?

One of our customers really wanted a place where their children could play, grow and enjoy, but also low maintenance to fit in with a busy lifestyle, a place where the adults could relax in the sun and finally enjoy some nice plants and flowers. What the customer currently had only ticked one of those boxes, so we were put to work!

After discussing what we could create, we designed and went ahead with what turned out to be a stunning landscaping transformation.

We used Kandla Grey Indian Stone, whilst building a raised area and laying high-quality artificial grass and building in some beautiful sleepers and a plant bed. What some may not notice is that we also replaced the stone block wall for modern treated wood panel fencing to match the sleepers and new modern aesthetic.

This was one we really, really enjoyed building for our customer, who will now have many happy days in the garden!

So it's been a crazy busy year this year and it's not letting up yet, hence the lack of posts so apologies. We have even managed to get ourselves in August's Lancashire & Northwest Magazine. However we will be posting more updates on completed jobs in the coming weeks. But here is one we completed just before Christmas last year. The clients were over the moon with the finished product as were we.

Dining room renovation project, we've replaced all the joists as they were rotten and laid new flooring with insulation, opened up the chimney breast and repointed it, opened up the stairs and installed a steel, and finally Bond Bespoke Staircases fitted a new handmade staircase to finish it off.
