Rising energy bills? 💸
Damp, mould, or constant condensation?💧

Here we have one of our teams attending a property this week after the customer reached out to us with concerns re damp and mould and that her house was always cold even with the heating on!

After a close inspection it turns out the property had CWI incorrectly installed, rubble was identified on all elevations 700mm above DPC ❌

A full CWI extraction and rubble clearance is now required to restore the cavity to its original state.

Most homeowners have no idea what’s really in their walls. Poor or damaged insulation can quietly cause major problems — costing you comfort, money, and long-term repairs.
