In January Romaquip supplied Monaghan County Council (Ireland) with their new fleet of three spreaders and ploughs.

The new spreaders are all permanent mount Ultima II pre-wet spreaders c/w ploughs mounted on Volvo Trucks FE 6x4 chassis supplied by Irish Commercials.

They are full specification c/w with all the latest innovations and technologies such as automated spreading, live tracking, rear chevron board for high-speed spreading & ploughing, HD CCTV and electro-hydraulic stainless steel roof.

Also, last year we upgraded Monaghan’s existing fleet of 5no. Romaquip demount spreaders to include mounting brine tanks, all auxiliary pipe work pumps and fittings to sub frame to enable full pre-wet spreading capabilities.

We wish Monaghan County Council (Ireland) all the best with their new fleet of upgraded and new spreaders for the full roll out of their new pre-wet spreading routes.
