Another project underway 🔧

Our balustrade railings have been fabricated in-house and are now being prepared ready for galvanising. The galvanising process will provide a tough, long-lasting finish, helping protect the steel for years to come.

Great work by the team from fabrication through to final preparation. ⚙️

24 metres of new access installed on-site, we design, fabricated, welded, galvanised and installed this project to the highest quality and safety standards. We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of a new set of intake screens for one of our valued customers!At Engineering Maintenance and Fitting Ltd, we don't just replace—we improve. Our team swapped out the old units for high-quality, durable galvanized steel to ensure maximum longevity and corrosion resistance.

To meet the client’s rigorous safety and quality standards, the screens underwent thorough NDT testing using Dye Penetrant and visual inspection. This ensured every weld and joint met the exact specifications required before they were delivered and moved onsite. Precision, durability, and customer satisfaction are at the core of what we do. Another project is in the books and ready for service!
