A recent commercial project where we carried out alterations to divide the existing space and create a completely separate unit.

Works included:

🔹 New blockwork partition walls
🔹 Installation of a structural steel beam
🔹 Formation of a new stairwell opening
🔹 Removal of existing concrete floor planks to create the opening
🔹 Structural alterations ready for the next stage of the project

🏡 Another Complete Re-roof 🏡

This project involved a full reroof of the main property along with the installation of a brand-new EPDM flat roof to the adjoining roof area.

The existing roof had reached the end of its service life, with years of weathering, moss growth and deterioration. We stripped the roof back, installed new roofing materials throughout, and finished it with a modern, durable roof system designed to provide decades of protection.

The flat roof was also upgraded with a EPDM rubber membrane, offering a seamless, low-maintenance and long-lasting waterproof solution.

✅ New dry ridge system installed
✅ New lead flashings
