Another quality installation completed by James & Christian in Lincoln👏🔧

During the installation, James identified an issue with the existing gas supply — the gas meter ni**le was restricting the gas flow, meaning it wasn’t allowing sufficient gas through for the new appliance.

Rather than cutting corners, the issue was identified and a replacement gas meter was required to ensure the installation could be completed safely and correctly. ✅

Great teamwork from our engineers getting this one sorted and ready to go! 💪

While conducting a routine boiler service, he noticed this exterior flue was completely unsealed.
James quickly stepped in to seal it properly using a weatherproof flue collar, protecting the property from water ingress and pests.
