This is a working progress job and part 1 is finished, the concrete base for pergola onto the next phase.......more to follow

Here's the 2nd phase of the work, this is still in working progress as it needs the return path and a section for the wheelie bins then once that's done I can get on with the grouting......

Another non related brick job and a first again , because this was a very small job I thought why not , so it was a case of felting, setting patterns, slating and leading around the roof window, installing the fixed window then onto installing the lead soaker and lead flashing . All done to a high standard and not bad for a first attempt ✅

This was a first in laying porcelain tiles but not one to shy away from a project like this and required a team effort Nick P Routledge 💪🏼. I'll just leave this here as the finished job speaks volumes not a brick insight 😍

The whole area had to be dug out even though there was stone down, next was the removal of excess soil down to the correct depth, then the installation of path edging so that everything stayed in place. The 30mm clean stone was put in 100mm thick and whackered level next was the magic part of laying these 900x900mm porcelain tiles once each was primed and laid on a full bed of 4:1 mortar mix .

Once all the tiles were laid the whole area was grouted up in a charcoal finish and washed down......gotta say the photos don't do the job justice.

Garage turned into bedroom, this was a quick job as the back and side was already up , so it was just a case of building...

Yes the blue bricks definitely standout but if you was to try and get a near match they to would standout, so the customer wanted to make it a feature.

Beautiful day to be making a start on a single storey block extension and of course topping up the builders tan 😁
