I don't need to service my automated gates EVERY year do I...🤔...
..these below ground motors were struggling a bit due to the debris in the boxes and the fact that the grease lubricating the hinges and moving parts had dried out over time....
..regular periodic servicing ensures continued trouble free operation, and extends the life of the motors and gearboxes.

We recently manufactured and supplied over 110 metres of dual height hoop top fencing and gates for a holiday park in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

With a mix of, dig in, bolt down and wall top posts, with made to measure panels for all the fiddly bits.

Finished with an architectural grade powder coated paint finish in RAL5021G - Water Blue, it sits rather well on this outdoor pool and splash zone setting 💦💦💦

112 component parts forged in 2h 6m.... glamorous...no, easy...no, fun...kind of.....as the workshop temperature was 38 deg C....it wasn't the most fun I've had....but it was a satisfying job...

Hi, we have had an issue with our PayPal facility on the Culverwell Forge website and it appears we have not received notification for some Forge Experience bookings and it appears that some customers have received automatic refunds.

We are in the process of sorting this out and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope to have this issue resolved soon...
