⚡ SOLAR ELECTRICIAN
💷 £33,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

We're looking for a fully qualified, time-served Electrician to install, maintain and repair Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging systems across domestic and commercial projects. Previous renewables experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Requirements:
• City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2
• Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification
• 18th Edition
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Minimum 3 years' electrical experience
• Renewable energy experience desirable

☀️ SOLAR PV INSTALLER
💷 £32,000 per annum

We're seeking a hardworking and reliable installer to carry out Solar PV installations on domestic and commercial properties. Previous Solar PV experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Requirements:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good understanding of roofing and building works
• Solar PV or renewable energy experience desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CSCS Card preferred

📍 Based in Lincoln
🕗 Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm

💷 £40,000 per year + bonus for hitting sales targets

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
✔ Surveying, designing & quoting Solar PV & Battery systems
✔ Managing enquiries from initial contact through to handover
✔ Following up quotations & closing sales
✔ Completing solar designs using manufacturer software
✔ Creating job sheets & handover packs for installation teams
✔ Providing customer & sales support across all company projects

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
• Experience in Solar PV & Battery systems essential
• Background in renewables, construction, or a technical sales sector
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Competent with CRM systems & Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of building & electrical regulations
• Full UK driving licence

Collaboration!...🌿🌿🌿

We recently teamed up with the Renewable Heating Team at Ideal Heating to install this brand new HP290 air source heat pump system to put the unit through its paces! In addition, we also installed a full retrofit underfloor heating system to the ground and first floors which has ensured a super-efficient flow temperature and maximum comfort level for the homeowner.
It was a pleasure to be part of this project. We're over the moon with the results and know that the homeowner will be warm and cosy all winter.
