Full refurbishment here.
Phase one is coming to an end, annex refurbishment - clients are moving into the annex over the next few weeks so we can begin the rest of the house. But we’ve made a start by demolishing a couple of old extensions that weren’t built correctly. Excavating the lounge floor which used to be a garage - bringing it up to standard regulations. New foundations dug ready for pouring Monday.

We studded out the external walls so we can upgrade the insulation. Existing is 9” solid brickwork.
Lovely vaulted ceilings. Plastering is nearly complete on this project.
