This was a fun one with a time scale of 2 weeks the team pulled together and smashed this one out, we had to instal a giant grease trap and a pump in two 3m x 3m x 3m holes in the ground and connect them to the schools kitchen 50m of drainage the client was over the moon with the result on this one.
