Last week PTM Building Services was in banbridge town for Nigel.
These folks had a big problem with their steps being too narrow a tread with cumbersome step risers,in Nigels own words" an accident waiting to happen".

We got to work dismantled the old steps,built new steps with tobermore Heather bricks lengthening the tread and fitting new charcoal step risers.

Client now has a safe passage from his front door down to his driveway.

Last week PTM had the privilege to be involved with the memorial tribute to local mountaineer hero Noel Hanna who we lost 3yrs ago doing what he loved best. 🗻

My small part was to create a small paved area for visitors to stand on and read about his many achievements he and wife Lynn made together.

If you are ever passing call over and have a look. It's stunning .

This week PTM solved a problem for clients Davey and Janet in Lisburn.

Their garden was flooding every time it rained so we got together to fix the problem.

We stripped off the grass, dug two sump holes and fitted drainage pipes to the garden and then topped the area front and back with Donegal 14mm sandstone.

Clients can now let the dog out and the garden is now there to be enjoyed.

Thanks to Cecil Davidson Sand and Gravel Limited for supplying the stones.

This week PTM was in Lisburn for clients Mark and Sarah.

They had a very unsightly and treacherous step and path around to their back gate.

Together we found the solution to move the gate and raise the ground level up so the walkway flowed with no trips to contend with.

Granite slabs and bullnose step risers were supplied by local company Mcgonagle Stone .

Clients are happy, I'm happy - Result!!

This project has been going on in the background and it has been all go, kept the dopamine topped up lets just say 🙏

Hard to believe this is the same property!!

Horrible cream cracked paint sandblasted to expose the original Belfast Red Brick...🙌

It wasn't straightforward but was definitely worth it 👌👌💯

The interior getting the final touches which is absolutely 1st class 🙌🏡
